GLW100223: Elterwater and Loughrigg Tarn

We were not sure what to expect this morning, other than it would get worse as the day progressed.  We decided to take the car to Skelwith Bridge then walk to Elterwater and back via Loughrigg Tarn.  This, of course is familiar territory albeit in rather different conditions.  Contrast for example Elterwater and Loughrigg Tarn.
